1. 使用條款

  - 成為 Raw Atelier 會員即表示您已詳細閱讀、理解並同意接受本服務條款的全部內容。
  您使用或繼續使用 Raw Atelier 服務,即視為您的家長(或監護人)已閱讀、了解並同意接受本服務條款。

2. 隱私保護
   - Raw Atelier 重視用戶個人隱私,會按照相關法律法規的要求收集、使用和保護您的個人信息。
   - 您有權查詢、更正或刪除您在 Raw Atelier 上提供的個人信息。

3. 知識產權

   - 根據香港《版權條例》,在 Raw Atelier 任何網站平台發布的所有作品(包括但不限於文字、圖片、視頻等)的版權均歸屬於本公司Raw Atelier 個人所有。

   - 任何人未經事先書面授權,任何個人或組織不得使用、複製、修改、散佈或以其他方式利用本店Raw Atelier的作品。
   - 未經授權使用或傳播 Raw Atelier 平台上的作品,將構成侵犯版權的違法行為。

   - 根據香港《版權條例》,個人侵權最高可處罰款50萬港元及最高4年監禁,公司侵權最高可處罰款500萬港元。
   - Raw Atelier 保留對發布作品進行合理使用的權利,用於平台推廣等目的。
   - 如發現任何個人或組織有侵犯 Raw Atelier 作品版權的行為,我們將保留通過法律途徑追究其法律責任的權利。

4. 免責聲明
   - 因電腦病毒、政府管控等不可抗力因素導致的服務中斷或數據損失,Raw Atelier 不承擔任何責任。
   - 因第三方服務提供商故障而造成的服務中斷,Raw Atelier 不承擔任何責任。 
   - Raw Atelier 不保證服務的穩定性、安全性和無錯誤,您使用 Raw Atelier 服務的風險自負。

5. 爭議解決
   - 在任何爭議情況下,本公司Raw Atelier擁有最終決定權,客戶必須無條件接受店鋪的決定。
   - 本公司Raw Atelier有權立即終止與該客戶的合作關係,並保留進一步法律追究。

   - 用戶有責任維護您在 Raw Atelier 的個人信息的準確性和及時性。
   - 對於用戶在 Raw Atelier 平台上發布的違法信息或侵權內容,Raw Atelier不承擔任何責任。
   - Raw Atelier 保留隨時修改本服務條款的權利,修改後的條款一經公示即刻生效。

1. Terms of Service

- By becoming a member of Raw Atelier, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, understood, and agreed to accept the full content of these terms of service.
- Your use or continued use of Raw Atelier's services is deemed as your parent (or guardian) having read, understood, and agreed to accept these terms of service.

2. Privacy Protection

   - Raw Atelier values its users' personal privacy and will collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
   - You have the right to inquire, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided on Raw Atelier.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

   - In accordance with the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance, the copyrights of all works (including but not limited to text, images, videos, etc.) published on any website platform of Raw Atelier belong solely to the company Raw Atelier.
   - Without prior written authorization, no individual or organization may use, copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise utilize the works of Raw Atelier.
   - Unauthorized use or dissemination of works on the Raw Atelier platform will constitute illegal copyright infringement.
   - According to the Hong Kong Copyright Ordinance, the maximum penalty for individual infringement is a fine of HK$500,000 and a maximum of 4 years' imprisonment, while the maximum penalty for corporate infringement is a fine of HK$5 million.
   - Raw Atelier reserves the right to make reasonable use of published works for platform promotion and other purposes.
   - If any individual or organization is found to be infringing on the copyrights of Raw Atelier's works, we reserve the right to pursue legal liability through legal channels.

4. Disclaimer

   - Raw Atelier shall not be liable for any service interruption or data loss caused by factors beyond its control, such as computer viruses and government regulations.
   - Raw Atelier shall not be liable for any service interruption caused by the failure of third-party service providers.
   - Raw Atelier does not guarantee the stability, security, and error-free nature of its services, and users use Raw Atelier's services at their own risk.

5. Dispute Resolution

   - In any dispute situation, the company Raw Atelier has the final decision-making power, and the customer must accept the store's decision unconditionally.
   - The company Raw Atelier has the right to immediately terminate the cooperation relationship with the customer and reserve the right to pursue further legal liability.
   - Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of their personal information on Raw Atelier.
   - Raw Atelier does not bear any responsibility for illegal information or infringing content posted by users on the Raw Atelier platform.
   - Raw Atelier reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time, and the modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication.
